How To Make Jelly

Time:
- Few minutes cooking with 2-3 hours chilling.

Requirement:
- Konnyaku Jelly Powder Mix (or other type jelly powder)
- 1250 ml water
- Fruits
- Liquid colouring (optional)
- Essence (optional)
- Lampir leaves (optional)


Utensils:
- a big pot
- a cooking spoon (to stir boiling water)
- mould

1. Cut fruits into small cubic.
2. Pour in a packet of konnyaku jelly mix into 1250 ml of boiling water gradually. Stir well for 4-5 minutes until mixture is dissolved.
3. Turn off the flames, add in the fruity acid. Add in liquid coloring or essence (optional) and continue to stir.
4. Place pieces of fruit into mould then pour the pudding (mixture boiling water) into the mould.
5. leave the pudding to cool down before putting it into refrigerator
6. Chill the jelly in refrigerator for about 2-3 hours before serve.
