How To Take Care Notebook (Physically)

After using your notebook for a certain time, you may find that your notebook start collecting dust and so on. Therefore: this topic is to provide some simple guideline to take care your notebook.

1. never put anything on a closed notebook.
2. carry your notebook with notebook case since the case has protection from pressure and shake.
3. avoid put anything else on the keyboard. You might leave hastily and closing the notebook without noticing anything on it.
4. avoid using your monitor under direct sun light. It is recommended to use inside a room or shaded place.
5. recommended to wait 10 minute after shutdown to decrease the heat
6. keep away from food and drinks
7. avoid use electrical surge protector since it is say that can ruin notebook functionality.
8. unplug modem during storm because lightning can travel through phone line.
9. do not leave laptop in cold environment for long cause it may condense and then cause short circuit when in warm place.

Suggestion LCD display:
1. use special screen whipe
2. use very soft cloth to avoid scratch
3. use slightly wet cloth / damp cloth with little liquid detergent. Use only lcd cleaner liquid. Lcd are sensitive toward acetone and gasoline. Water although can use but not recommended by expert.
4. as for dust can wipe out with soft cloth or suck with household vacuum cleaner that has small nozzle.


Battery are recommended to stay inside the notebook since if taken out, it may cause more problem (that what happen to my notebook too) . Battery recharge start when it is around 97% so there are no cause of loss battery life. But like other technology item, it will slowly become spoil since nothing is permanent.
