Karma - why affect the rest of the people when only one do bad thing?

Last year was an exciting year for me, being on such new experiences and on a place for such a long time had enable me to see exactly some of the karma had return on certain people.

For example: when A work on sabortage B for so long because of wanting the position B is holding, it came to a point when chances of B return back the karma where B actually deny the entry of A in another workplace which in fact offer a much better benefits than A had been struggling to sabotage B. In other words, A had lose so much , so much more than A actually know itself.

In the situation of where D had try to sabotage C by giving a lot of nonsense work even though they are in fact not related at anyway. It came to a point where karma work by itself where D found itself have a lot work that keep on coming in. And where D was in the situation when C was being sabotage. It was at this point, because C was overwork, C was given a blessing by the heaven where C get a temporary break .

However, i came with a question. Why when A hurt/sabotage B , how come when there is whenever problem came, the people around A in fact now have to deal with something A itself had done. In other words, why does everyone around A have to suffer the karma that cause by A??? And i finally found the answer: This was because when A hurt B, A had actually hurt B by hurting the people around B. And this is why whenever or whoever is with A will in turn have to suffer the very same karma caused by A. Whether or not the people around A was involve in A previous karma is not related but the fact that the karma have to be return in the same way is the main important.

Karma does not necessary return in exactly the same way , however when it return, it still boil down to the same concept like how the other person cause the karma. It does not mean because A hurt B , B must be the very one to return the karma. Still it will happen in a way similar to where B return karma even if let said B no longer involve. Funny , but it is true.
