How to make your window taskbar taller or shorter

Recently a friend asks me how to make her taskbar to normal size. This is especially for window vista.

1. Put your mouse on the taskbar and right click
2. Check if there are tick on “lock the taskbar”
3. Unlock the taskbar (if it is lock)
4. Then put your mouse on the taskbar again. This time you can pull it become taller or shorter as you like.
5. Lock the taskbar.
