ESFJ

ESFJ is also call as caretaker or caregiver. Due to their extrovert and feeler, they love people and are warmly interested in people. Their ability to bring out the best in other is said to be much better compare to other personality type. And they are very good at reading others. They have a very strong desire to be liked and people like them because ESFJ make them feel very good at themselves.

In term of working, ESFJ take their responsibility very seriously and are dependable. They value security and stability. If ESFJ did not have advantage to develop their own value by weighing them against external value, they may develop questionable value in future. This is because they don’t have internal value to let them understand the consequences of their action.

Since they have dominant judger value, they tend to be organized, loyal and warm hearted. They may have the natural tendency to control their environment. They are a generous entertainer and may be easily wounded.

Some of the careers an ESFJ may choose are home economics, nursing, teaching, administrators, childcare, family practice physician, religious work, office manager, counselor, medical care and elementary work. ESFJ are probably best working in area where they can meet and dealing with people, capable of dealing with detail work and have stable and routine work.


ESFP
ESFP that such has given as another name as joker are someone who loves people and new experiences. They are generous and warm and enjoy being the center of the attention. They are good nature, friendly and curious which is why they like new experiences. They find way to adapt what they notice and good at getting other people to adapt this too.

They focus on externally which is based on the five senses around them. They maybe not the best advice giver but they can advise you on great and practical care. If their thinking is not developed, they tend to give importance on over-indulgent, sensation and gratification. And thus, they might over-look long-term consequences.

An ESFP generally accept people. They can almost genuinely like almost everybody. They are considered to be fairly warm and generous with friends. However once they are crossed, they make stubborn judgments against those who crossed him. They are an asset since they are great team player.


Due to their perceiver nature, they live in the world of possibilities. And since they love to have fun, it is important that their work should be fill of fun. They are practical, but hate structure and routine. Their learning is best coming from experiences rather than book.

Other positive natures of an ESFP are they are keen of observing human behavior and good at mobilizing people to deal with crises unless the crisis is one of disharmony among people.

Careers they maybe suitable to them are actors, performer, artist, sales representatives, counselor, social work, childcare, fashion designer, consultants, photographers, pr manager, PR manager, school teacher, radio dj, customer service, travel agent, human resources. Generally speaking, they are best when working with people, detail information and in a place where it is not routine and structure.
